Meet Dawne
A Memphis native, Dawne Davis returned to Tennessee in 2000 after a career in political and nonprofit fundraising in Washington, D.C., choosing to raise her family closer to home. Soon after settling in Eagleville, a friend encouraged her to pursue real estate—a career path that has since become her passion and profession for more than 20 years.
From her very first closing—where she tirelessly showed a client more than 40 homes over six months—Dawne built her business on perseverance, tenacity, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. She still keeps the paystub from that first commission check as a reminder of where it all began.
Specializing in residential and relocation sales, Dawne thrives on guiding buyers and sellers through smooth, stress-free transactions. Her greatest fulfillment comes from helping clients achieve their goals and feel truly at home in Middle Tennessee.
In 2024, Dawne joined Bob and Marie Parks and Jenni Barnett to launch Onward Real Estate. As the Managing Broker of Onward’s Rutherford County office, she leads more than 100 agents, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them grow thriving real estate careers.
Dawne is deeply involved in the REALTOR® community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. She has also served as Treasurer and Division 2 Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS®. Her professional achievements include earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia.
At home in Eagleville, Dawne enjoys entertaining family and friends with meals made from her home-grown garden, planning her next travel adventure, and adding to her collection of pottery from around the world
