We purchased a house in Murfreesboro back in 2019 for our son, Jonathon, to live in. When we decided to sell that house earlier this year, we reached out to Chuck Medlin (Parks Real Estate) whom we had as our real estate agent and found out he had retired from real estate. He introduced us to Holly Carlton. We are so glad he did! We hired Holly to not only sell the Murfreesboro house, but, also find us a new house closer to Nashville. We had a few areas in mind and ended up buying a house in Hermitage. Holly worked tirelessly on all fronts. Setting up numerous open houses and whenever Jonathon found a house that he was interested in, she was always available to set up a time to go with him. Sometimes with not that much notice. When an offer came in on the Murfreesboro house, we had to move fast to find a new one. Holly was right there to help in that! We were successful. Once the offers were accepted, she was always available to answer our many questions. As the closing date came closer, and anxieties were rising, she continued to be there for us.
