Beyond my professional background, I am also a real estate investor. Together with my husband, we’ve navigated the journey of homeownership twice before the age of 30. In 2023, we purchased our second home at a time when interest rates soared to over 7.5%. In 2024, we took advantage of a rate dip and completed the refinancing process. These personal experiences have equipped me with firsthand insight into the challenges buyers and homeowners face—from navigating fluctuating interest rates to making strategic investment decisions.
