"We moved to Nashville in January of this year, and Robby assisted us with the purchase of our home here last month. We were referred to Robby by our friends several months before we actually made the move or really knew anything about Nashville, what neighborhood we wanted to be in, or even if we wanted to live here. We visited for a couple of days last September, and Robby was kind enough to devote an entire Saturday to driving us around town, showing us different neighborhoods and accompanying us to open houses, just to give us a lay of the land. None of us (Robby included) had any idea at that point if we would even be moving here, or what our timeline was, but Robby was incredibly patient and generous with his time. His kindness and hospitality were indicative of the warm, genuine and welcoming spirit that defines Nashville and that we ended up falling in love with. Once we moved here in January, Robby again made himself available on numerous weekends, attending open houses with us and introducing us to new neighborhoods and homes. We were not even planning on buying a house at that point, and instead intended to rent for a year before putting down permanent roots. Again, Robby was extremely patient and put absolutely no pressure on us whatsoever. Well, we ended up finding our dream house, and having already fallen in love with Nashville, couldn't come up with a reason not to buy it! Robby is a total pro when it comes to negotiating, and handled the very stressful offer process expertly. Coming from an extremely competitive and expensive real estate market (San Francisco Bay Area), we probably would have ended up paying way more than we should have for a home here if we hadn't had Robby's guidance. He also managed the lead up to closing process seamlessly and made it a stress-less experience for us. As sweet and charming as Robby is, he is equally professional and tough when necessary and we felt completely taken care of throughout the process; we knew he was looking out for us and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. My husband and I are both attorneys, and there were plenty of things we overlooked or wouldn't have considered if Robby hadn't been on top of everything - that's how organized he is! "The Nashville real estate market is WILD. You have to have someone who knows what they are doing, truly cares about your experience and goes to bat for you on the gritty details. That person is Robby Stone. We had a unique situation in that we were living in NYC and trying to buy our first home primarily from afar. In early 2017, I asked Robby for help selling my townhome in Nashville. I worked in the service industry for over a decade and have very high expectations for customer service & client relations. Amazingly, Robby exceeded all of them. We had lots of challenges and setbacks in the sales, and Robby guided me through every twist and turn like a pro. It was basically a master-class in customer service, and it's sharing what he did to make it so great… 1?? - Quick communication. Robby responded to every email I sent within a day (usually sooner). 2?? - He made me feel like I was his only client. He never complained about being busy with anyone else (though I know he was). Also, my property was a “small fish” but he never made me feel that way. 3?? - At one point, we had some drama w/ a potential buyer. Robby had to get a lil salty w/ the buyer’s agent. He made me feel he was fighting for me. AND…when that buyer finally backed out, Robby recognized my frustration and was apologetic/empathetic (though none of it was his fault). 4?? - When the buyer complained about the attic being dirty/cluttered, Robby offered to help me clean it. He put on a tanktop and climbed into a my dusty attic with me (which was about 120º in July) and got to work. He certainly didn’t have to do this. Robby is amazing! As first time home buyers who are new to Nashville and buying remotely from out of state, it was really important to us to find a realtor we could trust. Robby toured homes for us over video calls, pointing out all the pluses and minuses that our untrained eyes wouldn't notice, from old electrical to hidden hardwood floors to how much crawl space encapsulation might cost. He had endless patience for our questions and was more than happy to revisit homes again after we thought of more questions. The best part: Robby found a house in our favorite neighborhood before it went on the market, through his connection. Robby was a joy to have on our side through the whole home buying process! We had a home in mind that we were looking at and felt unnecessary urgency that new homebuyers do, and he was patient with us and made us feel really knowledgeable and confident about the home before we made an offer. We ended up negotiating below asking, and Robby's recommendations around title, lender, etc. all helped us shop around and get great deals on those costs as well! He knew our neighborhood really well (even gave us great tips on food to try nearby!), and gave us really thoughtful housewarming gifts with items from shops around the neighborhood!

This is our third time working with Robby :) He just helped us sell our house! I was incredibly stressed about it selling in this market and it appraising for what we were asking, but with his experience and knowledge, he was able to assure us that everything would work out . . . and it did :) Even with selling in the middle of winter, during the holidays, with interest rates at 8%, he was still able to sell it for way more than we anticipated :) Robby is the best in the biz!

We found Robby through the great rec sport of Sand Volleyball. We had spoke about the purchase and selling adventures and joked that if and when it came time to sell our home in Gallatin I'd call him. Little did we both know, a few short months later we had that conversation for real. (7 Months in total to be exact) He was timely, fast paced and professional even though we were friends outside of the realty dance. He was prompt at coming to the property to do a walk through of what we wanted and what was realistic. I felt like we had red carpet treatment from the beginning. After he toured the house, noted our needs and wants and the reality of time lines and money we were kicked off to a great start. He came in with professionals to stage our home to look presentable (WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DESIGNER MADE!) Pillows, towels, tables turned to flow better, things staged to be functional but grand in appearance from outside to in. The Photographer did above and beyond angles, lighting and aerial photos of not just the and and lot but the surrounding amenities! Every shot was beautiful, welcoming and warm. We thought truly hard how much it was necessary to move back to our home state. During some, unfortunate viewers of the house which included strange "friends of the family" doing inspections and flagging strange and unusual issues, such as "the wood from the deck touches the ground." to a prospect bringing in their pet dog to tour the house. Robby cooly handled issues and anything that made us cock an eyebrow. He held standards that clearly other realtors did not even consider. His team by extension kept us up to date and filtered through nonsense from potential buyers and made sure we were focused on what was important to the sale, and safety of the entire process. I'm sure our situation was an adventure of Robby and his team but they handled it extremely well and with confidence. Robby also took our sidebar commentary and possible outlandish concerns and made us feel heard, humored and focused.
