About Scott Evans

Since launching his real estate career in 2003, Scott Evans has been a driving force in Nashville’s growth and success story. Early in his career, he partnered with Bristol Development Group, where he played a key role in creating and selling out multiple condominium projects—including ICON in The Gulch, Nashville’s first high-rise residential tower. Even through the challenges of the recession, Scott led his team to maintain strong sales momentum, demonstrating both resilience and leadership under pressure.

Scott later helped open Parks in The Gulch, the company’s first urban office, and today proudly continues to collaborate with that same outstanding leadership team at Onward Real Estate. While his background in new construction and development runs deep, Scott works with buyers, sellers, and investors at every stage, from first-time homeowners to seasoned property owners looking to make their next move.

A graduate of Culver Military Academy and The University of the South (Sewanee), Scott remains active in both alumni associations and contributes his time and support to organizations like the American Cancer Society and other local charities.

Known for his optimism, loyalty, and kind spirit, Scott is the kind of REALTOR® who always has your back. He lives in Green Hills with his wife Andrea a  fellow REALTOR®, their daughters Anna and Charlotte, and their dog Cali. The Evans family also maintains a home in Sewanee, Tennessee, where they are deeply connected and invested in the community.
