With deep roots in Rutherford County, Allison Blair combines local insight with a composed, client-focused approach shaped by experience and care. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and former elementary educator, Allison is known for clear communication, strong organization, and steady guidance.

 

As Allison transitioned into the real estate industry, she intentionally built her expertise through behind-the-scenes roles in contract-to-close coordination and team operations. This foundation provided a comprehensive understanding of residential contracts, timelines, and risk management—allowing her to represent clients with precision and confidence from start to finish.

 

Allison is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and brings a strategic eye for presentation and preparation to every listing, helping sellers position their homes effectively in today’s market.

 

Outside of work, Allison enjoys life on her family farm with her husband and their two boys. She values time spent raising animals and being outdoors and takes pride in helping others discover the communities that make Middle Tennessee such a special place to call home.
