Licensed since 2006 and a Managing Broker since 2016, Andrea Evans has built a reputation as a trusted leader in Nashville real estate. With over $300 million in career sales, Andrea’s experience spans both vibrant city living in Nashville and the peaceful mountain lifestyle of Sewanee, Tennessee—where she and her husband, fellow real estate agent Scott Evans, also serve clients.

Andrea is deeply invested in her communities. She has served on numerous local boards, including the Greater Nashville real estate agent, and volunteers regularly with Preston Taylor Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, and the Junior League of Nashville.

A passionate coach and mentor, Andrea has been training and supporting agents since 2016—helping them grow their businesses through innovative tools, technology, and AI-driven strategies. Andrea and Scott live in Green Hills with their daughters, Anna and Charlotte, and their dog, Cali. They also maintain a second home in Sewanee, where they own a commercial property in the Sewanee Village and founded The Lemon Fair, a beloved local shop that reflects their dedication to community connection and creativity.
