Born and raised in Nashville, Austin Albonetti has deep roots in Middle Tennessee and a true appreciation for the community that continues to grow here. After earning his degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Austin returned home to West Nashville, where he has lived for over five years.

Austin’s career began in technology sales, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client service—skills that seamlessly translate into his work in real estate. Now balancing both careers, he thrives on helping clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions: buying or selling a home.

Specializing in residential real estate and expanding into commercial properties, Austin is known for his people-first approach, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for marketing and showcasing homes. He finds great reward in guiding clients through the complex transaction process with confidence and care.

Drawn to Onward Real Estate through his mentor and first principal broker, LeAnne Constantine, Austin values the collaborative and supportive culture that fuels his continued growth as an agent.

Outside of real estate, Austin enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking in all that Nashville has to offer.
