Chad Sain

A Nashville native and 7th-generation Tennessean licensed in real estate since 2006, Chad Sain brings extensive experience in new construction, residential sales, and real estate investment. Outside of real estate, Chad enjoys traveling, spending time with his husband, relaxing with their dog, and curating his art collection. For his 40th birthday, he decided to learn to play the piano, which he continues to practice and improve with each passing year.
