Growing up in a family of real estate agents, Chad Smith developed a deep understanding of the knowledge, dedication, and responsibilities required to excel in the industry. With years of experience working alongside his family’s real estate firm, Chad became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 and has since built his career on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Chad holds degrees in Business Administration and Recording Industry Management. During his college years, he gained valuable life experience working as a courier for FedEx and later entered Nashville’s renowned music industry, assisting top engineers and producers with some of the city’s most celebrated artists.

Today, Chad is passionate about guiding buyers, sellers, and investors in achieving their real estate dreams. His approach combines integrity, extensive experience, and up-to-date market knowledge to ensure his clients make informed and confident decisions.

With advanced training in real estate law, appraisal, financing, and marketing, Chad provides a comprehensive skill set to serve his clients effectively. Outside of real estate, Chad enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, working out, writing music, playing guitar, cooking, and immersing himself in Nashville’s vibrant music scene.
