Denelle Brice
Denelle Brice is a Middle Tennessee native with a strong connection to the communities she serves. Raised in Mt. Juliet, she brings local insight and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones—building and buying a home.
Denelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Her early experience in the service industry strengthened her communication and client-focused skills, which naturally led her into new home sales and ultimately into the world of luxury custom new construction.
Specializing in new builds and custom homes, Denelle guides buyers through every stage of the process—from selecting homesites and customizing floor plans to design selections, construction progress, and closing. She is known for making the experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable while ensuring her clients feel supported and confident throughout their home building journey.
Outside of work, Denelle enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local Tennessee hiking spots, trying new restaurants, and finding inspiration in home design and décor.
