Jason Aeverman

Originally from Wildwood, Illinois, Jason Aeverman brings a strong foundation in design, construction, and project management to his real estate career. He earned his degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and spent years in the mechanical contracting industry, specializing in commercial construction.

After relocating to Franklin, Tennessee in early 2018 for a new opportunity, Jason and his family quickly fell in love with Middle Tennessee’s community and lifestyle. Inspired by his background in project management and hands-on experience with renovation work, Jason developed a growing passion for real estate—especially in the areas of investment and property improvement. As his wife, Lindsey, built her own successful career at Onward Real Estate, Jason was drawn to join her in helping clients achieve their goals.

Jason is particularly interested in guiding others toward financial freedom through smart real estate investments. He finds great purpose in serving clients during some of life’s most important decisions, building meaningful relationships along the way.

Outside of real estate, Jason and his wife are proud parents to four amazing children who keep them busy with sports and family activities. He enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and participating in F3—a free men’s workout and leadership group that fuels his love for fitness and community.
