Jenni is a seasoned financial executive and real estate industry veteran with a proven track record of educating and inspiring the teams she leads and the clients she serves. As CEO of Onward Real Estate, she oversees the financial and operational strategies for Onward Real Estate and Parks Property Management. A proponent of innovation, Jenni leads the company’s technology initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption through creative education and training.

With over two decades of experience, Jenni has demonstrated expertise in driving financial growth and navigating the complexities of the real estate industry. Previously, she served as CFO/COO for Parks Real Estate, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s success. Her accomplishments include streamlining business operations during multiple mergers, revolutionizing the company’s education program during the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, and expanding service lines through the development of a diverse brand portfolio

Jenni’s leadership strengths lie in problem-solving and change management, earning her widespread respect as a forward-thinking and servant-oriented leader. She was honored by the Nashville Business Journal as the 2013 CFO of the Year and nominated again in 2021, further solidifying her reputation for excellence.

Before becoming CEO of Onward Real Estate, Jenni began her career at Parks in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the real estate industry, she spent three years in public accounting at Dempsey Vantrease & Follis PLLC. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Jenni resides in Murfreesboro with her husband and two college-aged sons.
