Kati Wooten is a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident who brings deep local knowledge, a heart for service, and a passion for helping people to her real estate career. A native of Brentwood, Kati has spent her entire life in the area and has called Franklin home for the past 16 years. She believes there is simply no better place to live than Middle Tennessee, where you can enjoy the energy of a thriving city one moment and the peaceful charm of the countryside just minutes away. For Kati, it’s the people and strong sense of community that truly make this area special.
Kati attended Belmont University, where she earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration, and later continued her education at Lipscomb University, earning a Master’s degree in Education. Before entering real estate, she worked as a teacher, developing the patience, communication, and advocacy skills that now benefit her clients as they navigate important decisions.
Her transition into real estate felt like a natural fit. Kati has always had a genuine interest in homes and neighborhoods and enjoys helping clients discover the possibilities within different spaces. She finds great fulfillment in guiding buyers and sellers through one of life’s most meaningful milestones and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
Kati chose to partner with Onward Real Estate because she values the importance of a locally rooted brokerage. Having lived in Middle Tennessee her entire life, she believes there is no substitute for true local knowledge when serving clients well.
Outside of real estate, Kati’s life centers around her family. She and her husband met in high school and have been married for 16 years. Together they are raising three children, and much of their time is spent attending practices, rehearsals, and games—where Kati is always their biggest fan.
Family and community are at the heart of everything she does. Being able to raise her children in the place she has always called home while helping other families find their place in Middle Tennessee is something she considers both meaningful and rewarding.
