Kimberly Greenwell

Kimberly Greenwell is a Realtor®, home expert, and host of “My Southern Home with Kimberly Greenwell®,” where she educates viewers on everything from new construction to home maintenance. With more than twenty seasons on air, she brings rare real estate insight backed by deep expertise in all things home.

In 2009, Kimberly launched KAG Media Consulting, LLC, representing major home-industry clients, including the Builders Association of Greater Louisville.

Her work in the homebuilding industry led to hosting “Your Kentuckiana Home,” and eventually to creating her own show, “My Southern Home,” which expanded to Nashville in 2018. In 2023, Kimberly relocated to Middle Tennessee, settled in Brentwood, and received her real estate license.

Kimberly is active in the Williamson County Association of Realtors® Advocacy Committee, the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, and supports Habitat for Humanity. When she’s not assisting clients with their real estate needs or filming, she enjoys spending time with her Morkie, Bailey Thomas, and exploring Middle Tennessee.
