Lois Layne

With deep roots in Middle Tennessee and a genuine passion for helping others, Lois Layne brings a personal and people-focused approach to real estate. A Nashville native, she has called Franklin home for more than four decades and has watched the community grow and change while continuing to appreciate its scenic beauty, welcoming neighborhoods, and strong sense of community.

 

Before entering real estate, Lois spent her career in Human Resources, managing employee benefits and helping people navigate important decisions and transitions. That experience naturally led her to real estate, where she found an opportunity to combine her love of working with people with her desire to help clients through one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home.

 

Lois especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through the process of purchasing their first home. Helping clients understand each step, feel confident in their decisions, and ultimately reach such an important milestone is one of the most rewarding parts of her career. For Lois, real estate is about much more than a transaction—it’s about building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource for her clients.

When she’s not helping clients, Lois enjoys exploring the many walking trails Franklin has to offer, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and working toward perfecting her pickleball game. She feels fortunate to call Middle Tennessee home and looks forward to helping others find a place they can call home, too.
