From serving our country to serving patients in need, Mat Pfeffer has always been driven by one mission — service. Today, he’s proud to bring that same dedication, integrity, and attention to detail to helping families achieve their real estate dreams.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mat served 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, completing multiple combat deployments and earning top-level certification as a Department of Defense Program Manager. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. After retiring from the Marines, he continued his leadership journey as a senior program manager in the medical device industry, managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs that improved lives worldwide.
Having visited all 50 states through frequent relocations, Mat gained firsthand insight into diverse housing markets — experience that now helps him guide clients with confidence and care.
For Mat, real estate is about more than buying or selling property — it’s about people, purpose, and helping each client start their next chapter. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him out on the lake or spending time with his two grown children. His daughter, Val, is pursuing her culinary career, and his son, Drew, proudly serves as a Nashville firefighter — both calling Nashville home.
