With over three decades of experience in Williamson County real estate, Melba Beasley brings unmatched expertise and dedication to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. A longtime resident of Spring Hill’s Crowne Pointe community—where she and her partner successfully sold all 410 homes—Melba truly knows the area she serves.

Before launching her real estate career, Melba worked as a hairstylist for 24 years, a profession that honed her strong people skills and passion for helping others. Her transition into real estate was a natural fit, combining her love for connecting with people and her eye for design and detail.

Specializing in new construction, Melba has represented twelve custom builders over the years and earned both her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designations. She has also served on the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® Board, demonstrating her commitment to professionalism and community involvement.
