Meet Dr. Michelle Arnold — REALTOR® | ABR, SRS, LRS
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Dr. Michelle Arnold has called the Volunteer State home her entire life. After earning four distinguished degrees—including a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems, a Master’s in Business Education, and an Educational Specialist degree from Middle Tennessee State University, as well as a Doctorate in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University—Michelle built a respected career in higher education. She currently serves as Associate Vice Provost for Student Success at Middle Tennessee State University.
Michelle’s path to real estate grew from her early involvement in the custom homebuilding industry, where she supported the launch of her former husband’s building company with the vision of one day serving as the listing agent. That experience, paired with her natural passion for serving others, led her to pursue real estate while continuing her leadership career in education. Known for her exceptional organization and commitment to excellence, she successfully balances both roles with a focus on integrity, service, and results.
Michelle began her real estate career with a top-producing luxury team in Franklin, gaining valuable experience representing high-end properties. Now an independent Real Estate Agent, she proudly serves clients throughout Williamson County and the greater Middle Tennessee region. Whether buying or selling, Michelle prioritizes building genuine relationships and delivering a seamless, stress-free experience tailored to each client’s needs. Many of her clients become close friends—something she considers one of the greatest rewards of her work.
A social, service-oriented professional at heart, Michelle believes real estate should be both meaningful and enjoyable. She guides clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with knowledge, care, and a positive spirit, making the journey as enjoyable as the destination.
Michelle is proudly affiliated with Onward Real Estate. After beginning her real estate career with Parks in Franklin—where she was drawn by the leadership of Bob Parks and the strong community presence—she seamlessly transitioned her license to Onward when its founding leaders launched the company. The decision was simple: she wanted to remain aligned with the leadership team she respected and trusted.
Her professional network also extends beyond real estate through her involvement in a variety of organizations, which has organically expanded her referral community and client base.

Outside of real estate and higher education, Michelle is a proud mom to three daughters—a college sophomore, a high school senior, and a fifth grader—all active volleyball athletes. Much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines or traveling with her girls to explore new places across the U.S. and around the world. In addition to traveling, Michelle loves to shop, watch sports, dance, and enjoy live music. She is also a member of Church of the City and enjoys attending services and community events through the church.
