Patrick Jackson

Patrick Jackson brings a relationship-driven approach and decades of professional experience to every real estate transaction. Originally from Villisca, Iowa, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Management from Central University of Iowa, building a strong foundation in market analysis, strategic planning, and client service.

A Franklin resident for more than 30 years, he relocated to Middle Tennessee from Destin, Florida, to serve as Director of Golf at Vanderbilt Legends Club—a role held for 23 years. This leadership position sharpened a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and personalized service, all of which now translate seamlessly into real estate.

With longstanding family ties to the industry, transitioning into real estate felt like a natural next step. He is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most significant decisions, ensuring each sale or purchase is handled with professionalism, thoughtful communication, and precise execution. Known for expertise in pricing strategy and marketing, he is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience where no detail is overlooked and every client’s goals remain the top priority.

A favorite part of the profession is witnessing the excitement a new home brings to families as they begin the next chapter of their lives. Helping clients navigate the process with confidence—and providing peace of mind along the way—is what makes the work deeply rewarding.

Patrick is a Life Member of the PGA of America and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Today, he also plays an active leadership role within Onward Real Estate by directing the company’s mentor program and supporting the development of fellow agents. The decision to join Onward was rooted in longstanding relationships and a shared, family-like culture of service and integrity.

Outside of real estate, he is a proud parent of two children, an active follower of Christ, an avid sports enthusiast, and a drummer who performs with local bands. Live music is a true passion and a joyful creative outlet.
