Sara has called Nashville home for 20 years and lives with her family in Lockeland Springs. Her 1973 Holly Street home—perched above Shelby Park—started as a duplex and is now a cozy, creative haven surrounded by shady porches, sunny gardens, and an impressive number of bird feeders.

When she’s not matching clients with their dream homes, you’ll find her foraging in the woods, treasure-hunting at estate sales, or trying a new restaurant. Her home office doubles as a studio, where she quilts and makes fiber art. A big supporter of the local arts scene, she loves catching performances at OZ Arts, Barbershop Theater, and TPAC. She’s also a devoted Nashville Soccer Club fan, always cheering on the Boys in Gold.
