Born and raised in Mississippi, Suzanne Bryan brings Southern warmth, integrity, and deep community roots to every client relationship. After relocating from Memphis to Nashville almost nine years ago, she has witnessed firsthand the extraordinary growth and transformation of Middle Tennessee. A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Communications and English, Suzanne began her career in advertising before launching her own small business and working in marketing and promotions for a global brand. This background gives her clients a strategic advantage: she understands how to position, present, and promote a home to achieve maximum impact. She also loves staging properties when needed, ensuring every home she represents is showcased at its very best.
Suzanne is Green Designation–certified, reflecting her commitment to sustainable living and healthy home environments—values that align naturally with her dedication to health and fitness. Her experience with VA loans is both professional and personal, as her son recently completed four years of active service as a United States Marine.
A proud mother of three, Suzanne stays active in the community. She currently serves on the Board of the Tennessee Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, supporting families across the state.
