Tammy Lyng

Tammy Lyng is a dedicated real estate professional with Onward Real Estate, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee since 2014. Known for her steady guidance, attention to detail, and clear communication, Tammy is committed to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible. She believes that strong communication and genuine care for her clients are the foundation of exceptional service.

Tammy works with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to luxury home sellers—and especially enjoys assisting those who are relocating. Having lived in several states herself, she understands firsthand the emotions and logistics involved in a move. Her personal experience allows her to offer thoughtful insight and reassurance to clients navigating new beginnings. She also enjoys working with new construction, helping buyers watch their vision come to life from the ground up.

Before entering real estate, Tammy built a successful career in administrative and office management. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which provides a strong foundation in organization, negotiation, and strategic planning. Today, she is a licensed Broker and holds the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategies Advisor), and e-PRO certifications, and she is recognized as a Leading RE Relocation Specialist. Tammy has received multiple Awards of Excellence from both the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) and the Greater Nashville Realtors (Tennessee Realtor Association).

Originally from Central Minnesota, Tammy also spent time in the Atlanta area and Northern California before moving to Middle Tennessee in 2014. She first lived in Franklin, then Nolensville for nine years, and now resides in the Rockvale/College Grove area to be close to her daughter, Bre, and her two granddaughters. Tammy and Bre work together as a team, providing comprehensive service across Middle Tennessee including Davidson, Williamson and Rutherford Counties.

A member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and a past volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Tammy brings a true servant’s heart to her work. She finds great fulfillment in helping clients achieve their real estate goals and takes pride in building lasting relationships built on trust, professionalism, and care.
