At Onward Real Estate, our agents bring more than market expertise—they bring purpose, passion, and a commitment to the communities they serve.
For Alayna Bridges, that purpose extends far beyond real estate.
Recently crowned Miss Nashville, Bridges is using her platform to advocate for children impacted by abuse—turning personal experience into a mission that is both powerful and deeply personal.
A Foundation Built on Confidence and Connection
Raised in a family rooted in pageantry, Bridges grew up behind the scenes watching her mother—a former Mrs. Tennessee USA and Mrs. Tennessee America—mentor contestants for nearly 30 years. That early exposure shaped her confidence, discipline, and ability to connect with others.
At just 15, she entered her first major competition, placing as a semifinalist in Miss Tennessee Teen USA without formal coaching. From there, she continued to build momentum, earning the title of Williamson County Fairest of the Fair and later placing in the Top 13 as Miss Chattanooga Teen USA 2024.
Today, she carries that same drive into every role she takes on.
Turning Personal Experience Into Purpose
Behind the titles is a story of resilience.
As a survivor of childhood sexual assault, Bridges has chosen to use her voice to support other children facing trauma. She works closely with the Children’s Advocacy Center, an organization that provides free trauma counseling, forensic interviews, and essential resources for children and families navigating abuse.
“As someone who received care through a children’s advocacy center, I know how life-changing that support can be,” Bridges shares. “Now, I want to give back and help other children understand that they are not alone.”
Her advocacy is not just words—it’s action.
On April 19, Bridges is leading a community-wide toy and hygiene drive benefiting the Children’s Advocacy Center, partnering with local businesses and rallying support across Middle Tennessee. Her efforts have already resulted in hundreds of donated items for children in need.
Growing a Career with Purpose at Onward
In addition to her advocacy work, Bridges is building her real estate career at Onward as part of Susan Gregory’s team, with Gregory recently recognized as the top-producing agent in the Cool Springs office.
It’s an environment where purpose-driven professionals thrive.
“I love real estate because it’s about connection,” Bridges says. “At Onward, it truly feels like a family. There’s a level of support here that allows you to grow and make a difference.”
That sense of connection—both with clients and community—is at the heart of the Onward approach.
A Future Focused on Impact
A graduate of Independence High School, Bridges is currently pursuing a degree in criminal justice at Nashville State Community College, with plans to graduate in summer 2026. Her academic path reflects a continued commitment to advocacy and helping others navigate difficult circumstances.
Through pageantry, real estate, and community outreach, Bridges is redefining what it means to lead.
More Than Real Estate
At Onward, we believe success isn’t just measured in transactions—it’s measured in impact.
Alayna Bridges embodies that belief, using her platform to uplift others, strengthen communities, and remind us all that leadership begins with purpose.
