Now, after 28 years in pediatrics, Kelly is bringing that same trust, discernment, and steady guidance to real estate.
Kelly began practicing medicine in 1999 and later co-founded and grew Harpeth Pediatrics alongside Anne Hawkins. What started as a two-provider practice expanded into a thriving team serving the rapidly growing Williamson County community.
More than building a practice, Kelly built relationships.
“Some parents want every detail explained. Others want you to get straight to the point,” she says. “You learn how to read people and meet them where they are.”
That instinct has translated seamlessly into real estate.
A Natural Transition
Kelly’s path into real estate began after helping her adult children navigate multiple moves—renting, buying, downsizing, and new construction—all within six months.
“I was amazed at how much happens behind the scenes,” she says. “Showings, inspections, contracts, negotiations—it’s far more involved than it appears.”
What started as helping family quickly became a passion. Real estate, she discovered, requires strategy, discretion, and the ability to guide people through deeply personal decisions.
Built on Trust
Today, Kelly is a licensed agent with Onward Real Estate, working with buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee. She has a particular heart for first-time buyers, families relocating, and those entering a new season of life.
Many of her clients are families who once entrusted her with their children’s care—a foundation of trust she does not take lightly.
