On April 23, Onward Real Estate hosted a standing-room-only Top Producer panel at the Courtyard Marriott Cool Springs, kicked off by Jenni Barnett and moderated by Brittany Weiner. Panelists Allen DeCuyper, Savannah Blackwelder, Susan Gregory, Jack Miller, Lisa Culp Taylor, and Wendy Monday—who collectively have closed over $500 million in sales—shared the strategies behind their success.
The message was consistent: relationships are everything. Savannah emphasized building business through community, church, and genuine, everyday connections—showing up consistently and authentically.
Consistency also extends to marketing. Wendy noted that nearly 30% of her business comes from Instagram, reinforcing the importance of meeting clients where they already are. She added that real estate is ultimately a service business, where agents act as trusted concierges.
Susan highlighted the value of structure, running her team on a 9-to-5 in-office schedule to foster collaboration and productivity. Meanwhile, Jack encouraged agents to view slower markets as opportunities to refine skills and strengthen their approach.
Across the board, panelists agreed: while tools evolve, strong communication—calls, conversations, and face-to-face interactions—remains essential. Lisa underscored this by involving her assistant in client meetings, creating continuity and shared trust.
From setting expectations early to going above and beyond for clients, the panel reinforced what sets top producers apart: discipline, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering value at every stage.
