2025 was the first full year of Onward, and what a year it has been.
We continued to welcome new agents, and our 400-plus team generated more than $2.1 billion in sales volume, supporting homebuyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee in opening the door to new homes and new opportunities.
Thanks to the hard work of every agent, Onward has become the No. 1 independent brokerage in the market and No. 3 brokerage overall by market share. I couldn’t be prouder of this foundation set for our path forward.
We’ve created a system of support that enables Onward agents to focus on what they do best.
The suite of marketing and technology resources that we’ve built and continue to expand stands toe to toe with anyone in our market. We were named members of international real estate networks Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International – connections that serve our agents and customers and give us global reach.
Through it all, we’ve remained deeply rooted in the community. We continued to forge relationships with clients that last lifetimes and span generations. And over the holiday season, we’ve coordinated food drives, reached out the hand of hospitality through Room In The Inn, and gifted toys and food to 93 families through Christmas for the Children.
