Gentry Farm

A Franklin fall tradition, Gentry Farm welcomes visitors back to the farm each year for pumpkins and family-friendly activities. The working farm keeps things simple with hands-on experiences, imaginative play and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the season. For 2026, fall activities run September 26 through November 1, with an assortment of heirloom pumpkins, ornamentals and classic carving pumpkins available throughout the season.

PumpkinFest

Historic Downtown Franklin goes all-in on fall for the annual PumpkinFest, and this year there’s even more time to enjoy it. For the first time, the festival expands to two days, October 24–25, 2026. Expect autumn-inspired food and drinks, live music, costume contests, children’s activities and more than 140 arts and crafts vendors lining Main Street.

Walden Pumpkin Farm

Pumpkins, farm animals and classic fall fun make Walden Pumpkin Farm a seasonal favorite in Smyrna. This family-run farm opens exclusively for the fall season with activities for all ages. Morning Glory Orchard

There’s something about an orchard that feels made for fall. Cheekwood transforms for the season during its annual Harvest celebration, running September 19 through November 1 in 2026. New this year is the Marigold River, featuring more than 2,500 colorful blooms leading visitors toward Pumpkin Village.
