Land usage can be residential or we have a list of acceptable commercial uses from the planning department. The property has been updated with most recent information from the county showing the property has been approved for a five (5) bedroom perk site. The new survey has the land acreage at being a 2.20 acre lot that is located in Williamson county off Highway 96 across from the Castle Gwynn. There is a newly installed temporary driveway that was approved by TDOT, as well as the land clearing. The septic map has been recorded, the septic plan was completed by Chapdelaine Land Surveying Company.
