Dawne Davis

Dawne Davis is a native Tennessean with more than two decades of real estate experience and a deep commitment to serving clients across Middle Tennessee. Licensed in 2004, Dawne brings a unique background to her work, having spent 15 years in the political and nonprofit arena in Washington, D.C. before returning home to Tennessee with her family.

Now based in rural Rutherford County, Dawne lives on a working farm in a historic home built in 1857 in Eagleville—an experience that gives her a genuine appreciation for land, historic properties, and the lifestyle many buyers seek when relocating to Middle Tennessee.

Dawne is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to guide buyers and sellers through each step of the process with clarity and confidence. She especially enjoys working with clients who are moving to the Middle Tennessee area and takes pride in making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a testament to the trust she builds and the results she delivers.

In addition to serving her own clients, Dawne manages the Onward Real Estate Rutherford County office, where she is passionate about mentoring agents and helping them grow, thrive, and build successful, lasting careers in real estate.
