Jenni is a problem solver, a forward-thinking and servant-oriented leader, and a proponent of innovation.
With nearly 30 years in the industry, Jenni has demonstrated expertise in driving financial growth and navigating the complexities of the real estate industry. And she’s well-respected by her team and her peers for it, earning recognition including 2013 CFO of the Year from the Nashville Business Journal and being nominated again in 2021.
Jenni and the Onward leaders are building a community of agents who want to give back to the people and places where they live and work.

These are the guiding principles upon which Bob Parks founded his successful real estate business in 1975 – principles that he and his wife and partner, Marie Parks, carried with them to launch Onward.
Onward Real Estate was established in 2024 as a locally rooted, independent brokerage dedicated to community and client satisfaction. Since then, Bob and Marie have attracted professionals to the Onward team who possess an in-depth understanding of our neighborhoods and a passion for serving clients with unmatched dedication.
