Katie Pearson

Buying or selling a home can be one of the biggest decisions made in a lifetime. The experience can be fulfilling and productive depending upon whom you choose to journey with through the process. When moving to Franklin, Tennessee, Katie Pearson and her family walked alongside an agent that made quite an impact. Caring for the Pearson family’s best interests while being trustworthy and genuine were the agent’s top priorities, which led Katie to explore the possibility of a career in real estate.

In 2017, Katie decided to return to work after being home with her three children, Luke, Seth and Birti. The years at home will never be lost on her, but Katie was so influenced by the agent’s care in the past that she decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate desiring to be a trustworthy resource for others while being a strong negotiator and problem solver.

Katie was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. Later returning to school, Katie completed her Master’s degree in Teaching/Elementary Education. She and her husband, Matt, have been married since 1999. Matt and Katie love serving with their family at a local church in Franklin. The Pearson family made several moves across state lines from Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas and finally to Middle Tennessee. With this personal experience, Katie’s desire is to genuinely serve her clients by walking with them in pursuit of home.
